      <description>My grandmother was Josephine Lo Presti, from San Patti Sicely.  I knew two of her sisters who llived in the same town in upstate NY, Camella and Mary.  If you go to the Ellis Island site you can search for names on ship rosters, that might give you some more clues.  If you are interested in more information please email me.  My cousin has done a lot of footwork tracking down our roots and has found Lo Presti relatives in Sicily.&lt;br&gt;Sam</description>

      <description>I think you might be able to help me, My grandmother was born a DiBlasi in the U.S., her family originally from San Piero Patti, at some point she changed her name to LoPresti (we don't know if she married somebody before my granfather or not) She had at the least 3 sisters, not sure about the brothers.....Thanks....&lt;br&gt;John</description>

      <description>Aurora LoPresti and Sabatino Mazzola had 2 (at least) children.&lt;br&gt;JOSEPHINE MAZZOLA (b.3/5/1887) m. James Casabona &lt;br&gt;IGNACIO MAZZOLA (b.8/3/1866)m. Mary_____&lt;br&gt;They came to NY, USA between 1890-1895. Ignacio had a shoe shop in Queens county. No Records of AURORA LOPRESTI have been found yet...her husband, Sabatino was a widow in the 1920 Census.</description>
