I've just read your post concerning the Napierala line. In 1987 I received a letter from a woman in Evanston Illinois who was searching for info on her great grandfather Albert Napierala.
She said he was a miller and a grain merchant who settled in Milwaukee in 1882, living most of his life on the south side near St. Stanislaus Church on S. 4th street.
She also stated that she traced him back to Potulice, Kreis Posen; he purchased the town mill in 1870 and in 1880 left for America. She said there were lots of Napierala's in Potulice but didn't know how her g-grandfather was connected to them. Maybe this info will help you in your search.
