LIRA FAMILY OF CALIFORNIA

I would like to find anyone who is related to the Lira family in Fresno, California. My grandfather was Juan Lira...from Mexico, and my grandmother was Elena 'Helen' Alonzo...from Mexico...I think. I have a piece of paper that my sister took notes on many years ago when she was talking to my granmother, Helen, about the family. From what I can gather, there were some people in grandpa Juan's family named: Othtabiana and Estanelo Quintana. I'm not sure if these are his parents or siblings. I don't think grandpa Juan had any sisters. I believe grandma Helen's parents were Matthaeus Alonzo and Blasia Vasquez. Grandpa Juan and grandma Helen had 13 children. It is said that 2 of the children, Ross and Gabriel, died at birth. I have spoken to my father several times about the family and he won't utter a word! I have also tried to talk to my tias y tios and they won't say a word either. When I talked to my cousin Rudy Jr. he said the same thing! For some reason nobody wants to talk about this family. Not sure if there is some kind of secret or what, but I don't care what happen in the past! I would just like to know who my ancestors were. I believe my grandparents lived deep in Mexico some place before moving to Visalia/Fresno, California. I still have several tias y tios who are still living, but again nobody will talk. If you think you might have a connection to this line or know of this family then please contact me. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
