Does anyone have any information on this couple?

Elihu was born about 1795 in Edgefield SC, son of Joel Lipscomb and Elizabeth Lee/Leigh Chiles. He is listed in his father's will, there is a record that he married Harriet W Lilly (my ancestor's sister), and he appears in the 1830 census in Marengo AL. We also see him buying land in Marengo AL in 1823 and in Harrison TX in 1848. Finally, he is mentioned in a book as selling a slave in Caddo Parish LA around 1840.

I have no information on their children except "someone on the internet" lists a daughter Mary Ann Elizabeth Lipscomb, b 1832 AL and marrying Friend Ovid Love. This makes sense to me because Friend Ovid Love was the nephew by marriage of Harriet Lilly's sister Julia Augusta (who married Thomas Livingston Eskridge).

But I can find no evidence except an 1850 census for Choctaw Mississippi showing "Frandovad and Mary Lave," ages 22 and 18, with infant son "Sidney O Lave." There is also a marriage record for F. O. Lowe and Mary E Lipscomb Carroll County Mississippi (where my ancestor Julia Lilly Eskridge lived) in 1848.

Finally, the same "someone on the internet" gives Friend Ovid Love and Mary Ann Elizabeth's children as:

Mary Elizabeth Love

I have found lots of information on Sidney but none on the three girls.

Can anyone confirm any of this or give me ANY information on Elihu Herndon Lipscomb/Harriet W Lilly family or the Friend Ovid Love/Mary Ann Elizabeth Lipscomb family?
