I'm looking for information on Isaac Lipscomb, s/o Richard and Rebecca (Riggs) Lipscomb. Isaac Lipscomb was a Civil War Vet. He married Elizabeth after the war and had three children, two daughters (Mary Josephine) and a son (Harvey) before Elizabeth died prior to 1880. Any information on these individuals would be helpful.
