Orville B. Liley Enters Race For Representative
Making announcement of his candidacy in the Democratic race for representative to the State Legislature is Orville B. Liley of Lutesville.
A native of the Lutesville community, Mr. Liley was graduated from Woodland High School in Lutesville. He is married to the former Miss Ella Eaker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Eaker. They have two sons, Duane and Dean. Both sons are associated with their father in the Liley Radio and Television business in Lutesville. Mr. Liley has been in the radio repair business for the past 28 years and has had a business in Lutesville the past 14 years.
He is a Navy veteran, having served three years during World War II with 27 months spent in the Pacific Theater.
Mr. Liley has served as deputy sheriff for four years.
In making his announcement as a candidate for public office, Mr. Liley asks the vote and support of his friends in the coming election.
