Hi Leo,
My L'Hirondelle's are Magloire and Ephiesine/Ephrasine born 1850/1851 Alberta. Children are: Adalaide, Jean Baptist, Justine and Matilda.
Justine (b.1879) married a McDonald then a Felix Callioux (Callihoo?).
I found them on the 1901 census in St. Pierre, although I know they go to St.Paul's later.
I can't tell what their origin says. Do you know what the L'Hirondelle's are? I think their mother language says Cree?
Also their trade/profession says "F. Lab.?" and many others on the page do too. Do you know what this is?
If you know any more on this family I'd love to know.
Thank-you, Stacey
