Chris, could you look in your data bases for Jean L'heureux born about 1876 in Trois Riviers , Ca. His father was Henri. His mother Mary Valley. He has been entered into one of the big databases, the only thing I remember is Happy in the email but several things don't add up.
like Henri's birthdate and place compared to his sisters and brothers.Jean also had a sister born before him named Emma. Henry was born about 1844.That's all we know about him. Jean was baptized at a St. Roch Church. Pat at kitkatciesz@hotmail.com Thanks for your time.

Jean

Surnames: L'Heureux, Lappry
I just read your message about Jean L'Heureux, my great grandfather's name was Jean Baptist Israel L'Heureux. He married Marguerette Lappry, and they had seven children: John Batist Israel born 1896, George born 1898, Margaret born 1899, Philip born 1900, Emma born 1902, Henry Chester born 1909 and Edward William born 1912. I have been trying to find this side of my family for some time - not sure the Jean, Emma and Henry are the same L'Heureux's I've been searching for, but it's worth a shot! Any help would be great. Thanks.

No, sorry your names are not the ones I'm looking for. My grandfather was Jean David L'Heureux born in1876. He was quite old when I was born. He had fifteen children and my dad was fifth from the bottom. Jean's father was Henri and his mother Marie Valley. I suspect that was the names they went by and maybe had different first names. Good Luck in your search. Pat

To Donna, Dated 08/2001 - I just saw your message from a year ago. I am Edward William L'Heureux 1912(-1972)'s youngest daughter, Susan. Unfortunately, I do not know where Emma and Henry are right now. The last I knew Emma lived in or near Jacksonville, Florida with her husband. I will check with my sister on what her last name was, but I think it may have been Connelly, or something like that. When my father died in 1972, they all came for the funeral except for one brother (its been 30 years, I can't remember). Even the oldest brother was still alive and telling jokes! Unfortunately, no one ever keeps in touch. I hope you see this!
