DIED OF HIS INJURIES
Abraham Lhamon, Adams County Native, Aged 80, Succumbs at Berne.
Berne, Ind., July 30.--Abraham Lhamon, aged 80 years, and a native of Adams county, is dead at the home of his son-in-law, Frank Meyers, with whom he stayed, of injuries received in a fall some time ago, when he broke his hip. His wife died last spring. Mr. Lhamon had always lived in this county, was a veteran of the civil war and was held in high esteem.
Deceased leaves three children with their families, Mrs. Frank Meyers, Doy Lhamon, at Decatur, and Henon [sic, should be Heenan] Lhamon, on Michigan, also one sister and four brothers, Mrs. Maria Yant, in Blue Creek township; William Lhamon, in Berne; Enos Lhamon, at Dickson, Ohio; Date Lhamon, at Gas City, and Thomas Lhamon, in Michigan.
