Are you interested in more distant relatives? I am descended from the Asbjornson line and we have been researching them for some time now. We have traced them to Iceland back about five hundred years. I have also run across some newspaper clippings from around 1900 concerning George Lhamon. Anything I know I am glad to share.

BreAnna, before anyone can help you, we need to know where you family lived, and also the dates involved. Do you know when or where your grandparents were born? What was your grandfather's first name?

I have some information on my website about the Lhamon family: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irishgirl/...

In addition, the following page contains Advice to Beginners: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irishgirl/...

Please write me if you have questions. With a little more information we may be able to determine how our families are connected.

Good luck!
