Looking for any information on John Lewis of Holly Hill, SC. His wife was Ann/Nancy Warnock dau of Samuel and Phereby Tuttle Warnock. John Lewis lived about 1800 to 1860. His daughter Harriet Ann Lewis married Jacob Earnest Wiggins. I am their descendant on my father's side. A small possibility may be that John Lewis came to SC from Germany, but I do not know that for a fact, only family handed-down information.
