I am looking for any information on Dean Lewis, M.D. who was the Chief of Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 1925 - 1939. I found a brief biography on The Society of Neurological Surgeons website, but all that really gave me was a birth date and place and a death year.

He was very prominent in the medical world as I have found several medical documents and even a set of medical books authored by him, but very little personal information.
