AGED MOBILE WOMAN EXPIRES SUDDENLY
Mrs Victoria Pizzetta, 80, Stricken Preparing to Retire
Victoria Pizzetta, relict of the late Maurice Pizzetta, died suddenly Monday evening at the home of her niece, Mrs W M John, 1444
Dauphin Street. The cause of death is attributed to a sudden attack of acute heart failure. Mrs Pizzetta was in her eightieth year.
Although Mrs Pizzetta had been ill for some time, her death was entirely unexpected. As the aged woman was preparing to retire last night, she suddenly became faint. She was assisted to her bed, but died before medical assistance could be procured.
Mrs Pizzetta was born and reared in Mobile. She will be buried Wednesday from the residence of Mrs
Johnson. The funeral rrangements will be made later. The deceased is survived by two sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
Not my family, just sharing from the newspaper archives of the Mobile Public Library. I have copied this exactly as written in the obituary. However, Mrs John and Mrs
Johnson may be the same woman.
