Corinne A (Lavalle) Chase -- Cranston

99, of Cranston passed away on Monday December 17, 2007 at Cra – Mar, Meadows Nursing Home Cranston.
She was the wife of the late George I. Chase.
Born in Southbridge, Massachussetts, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Helen (Patenaude) Lavalle.
Mrs. Chase was a purchasing agent for Universal Optic for 25 years, retiring in 1979.
She was a member of the Knightsville Manor Association and the Cranston Senior Center.
She was the aunt of Anita Mathurin and her husband Louis of Shrewsbury, MA.
She was the grandmother of six and great-grandmother of six.
She was the mother of the late Bernice Reddy, and sister of the late Claire Lavalle, Rose Lavalle, Virginia DuPaul, Ida Michaud and Adelard Lavalle.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann’s Church Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
