I am still looking for information re: Thomas, Joseph, Delia and 3 unnamed sibllings. I know that per the 1910 Blackbrook, NY census, Philomene (mother), had 3 living, but had had 6 children. I also heard the Thomas and Joseph may have been twins. Sometime after they came to the USA, Thomas started and apprenticeship with a Fisk, to learn blacksmithing and carpentery. This is where he took up the name Fisk. According to church records, his children were listed as Lapoint, but used the name Fisk. Could our Lapoints be related? Oh and Their father's name was ?Francois. Philomene was Indian, from Canada, possibly Oneida Indian.
