Dear Pat, if you are descended from Brig. Gen. John Lacey, have you taken the new DNA test? I ask because I just matched DNA with a family descended from this line, but I don't know if that's "the" match the DNA is pointing to, would love to find out more.

My grandmother told me we were descended from this John but I've never been able to find a link.
There's a relative named Charles Lacey who is buried in same graveyard (St. Andrews in NJ) who is apparently his nephew, but does not appear in trees. We wonder if this Charles could be our link.

By the way, do you have an updated link to the tree online? The old link no longer works.
