Hi, yes,I'm good. How have you been? It's been awhile since I've been on the board. I have to ask you, were you the lady that I talked w/that had a good bit of info on the Kynion's, and offered what you had, to which I turned down before? LOL Well, I would love that info, if you were the one. With all my other activities, I havent been able to gain much ground. I've still got my notes of what I've been able to find, but I couldnt find much after my ggrandma's siblings. I'd like to be able get a little further and would get it printed and saved for my kids, for future reference. Thanks, and I appreciate your email. Have a great day, Brad.

Hello Jessica,
I was looking through my files and I doubt if I had sent you any Kynion updates. Our great mother, Mary Elizabeth Scarlett was the daughter of Stephen Ellison Scarlett and Mary A Hitt. Stephen was a Confederate soldier in the Civil War. He was in several battles in Ark, Mo and Kansas. He is buried in the Civil War Veteran's Cemetery at Higginsville, Mo. Mary A Hitt was the daughter of Benjamin Hitt Jr. The Hitt line goes back to Germania Colony in Northern Virginia in 1713. Our oldest known ancestor in America was, Peter Hitt 1683-1772. John Hitt 1759-1839, Peter's grandson was a Rev War Vet. A monument was recently placed in the Hitt Cemetery in Cape Girardeau County Mo. Several Hitts are in the Cem. Cousin Jack in Arkansas

Hello,

Honor T Kynion was my second-great-grandmother, born around 1849. She married a Joseph Eakins and had my great-grandmother Eva. They're all from Missouri as far as I know. Has anyone had any luck with finding out more about John Kenyon (born around 1805) and Mary? I have him married to a Mary Easter Simones, but this could be incorrect.

Thanks!
