LONG BRANCH, N.J. – David L. Kweder, 51, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 at his home.
David was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio.(Mahoning County)
He enrolled in Youngstown State College, where he was awarded both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
David’s computer skills earned him a position at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, where he was the graphic designer and programmer for the GPS systems currently employed by the military.
David was predeceased by his father, Donald L. Kweder.
He is survived by his loving mother, Janet Kweder of Indianapolis; his brother, Jeffrey Kweder and his wife, Julie of Carmel, Indiana; his four nieces and nephews, Jaclyn, Andrew, Ashley and Joseph Kweder of Carmel; and his loyal guide dog “Doc.”
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 5 p.m. until the time of his service at 7:30 p.m., at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell St. in Long Branch.
David’s family has requested that contributions be made in his memory to The Guiding Eyes For the Blind, 611 Granite Springs Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 or Youngstown State University.
