I'm looking for relatives of Joseph Kutcher of the Philadelphia area. He died in early July 1949. I think had been boxer as a young man, and "Billy Devine" was his ring name.

I am interested in hearing about any information regarding
Joseph Kutcher. The name that I thought was Jacob Kutcher who became "Billy Devine". Looking for information related to research on a book for Philadelphia boxers.
You probably already have the following naturalization record already but just in case:
Petition for Naturalization record:

Harry was born 15 (11 is crossed out) of May 1871 in Kamenka, Russia. Wife Sarah was born 15 Sept 1877 in Stapenic, Russia. His children, Benjamin (b. 7-5-99), Abraham (b. 11-17-1900), Jacob (b 10-21-1901) and Bessie (b.
9-14-1902) were born in Cherkass, Russia. Children: Nathan (b. 8-21-1907), Isael (b. 2-22-1909) and Rose (b. 8-13-1917) were born in Phila, Pa.
Record was filed 18th Dec 1919 and witnessed by Sam Feldman (422 Snyder St) and Max Fishman (428 Snyder St).
Looking forward to hearing from you.
