I trying to find out about Mary Frances Kulage, she was the oldest daughter of Henry J Kulage and Cunnigunda Emma Kuenz. She was born in St Louis on February 10, 1903. She was baptized in Perpetual Help Parish. I believe she was a nun.

My dad (now deceased) mentioned her several times. I think she lived near New Orleans and may still. My brother, Ed, who lives in N.O., spoke to her and my sister Marjorie, a former nun, may have also. You can e-mail my brother at ekuenz@nalco.com. Good luck.

Thanks for the info! How are we related. My grandfather was Urban Kuenz, his parents were Christian Kuenz and Anne Mary Paule, his parents were Joseph Kuenz (Kunz) and Mary Cunigunda Ritter. Would be interested in hearing from you.

She is at St. Mary's of the Pines in Chatattawa, Miss. What would you like to know about her? She is my aunt. My father passed away when I was six months old. His name was Urban Theodore Kulage. We saw her in 2000 and she was fine. What is your relation?

Sr Mary Frances is my mother, Helen Kuenz, first cousin, therefore she is my first cousin, once removed.
I have been doing genealogy on my family. In the course of that have been trying to find who and how various members are related.
In fact, last Wednesday, August 21st, I spent the entire day with Ruth Kuenz Jones in Mount Vernon, Illinois who is also a first cousin, once removed.
Thank you for responding to my inquiry.

Dear Leo,
I wrote firstly because of the surname Brennan.
Aunt Lizzie.
Now I write because I am distantly related to the Kulages.

Somehow I think those Kulages and Grotepahlers could be related to Hietkamps.

The only relationship we have with the Kulage's is thru my mother's family. One of them married a Kulage. The Mary Frances Kulage is/was a Notre Dame Nun. I am not sure if she is still alive. The Kulage name you gave draws a blank with me.
Did you find any connection with the Brennan's? Please note my new e-mail address.
Thanks for the interest!
Leo

Mary Francis Kulage (my fathers sister) passed away on the 4th of August 2005. She was a sweet lady and mentally sharp up to the end. She has donated her brain to a scientific study to study the aging process. The researcher is working on a book titled "Aging With Dignity".

Hello,
I have a question. Are your Kulage's from St. Louis, Missouri?
Thanks for reply.
