Pintar family from Lika, Croatia to Montana/Minnesota

Hello,

I am looking for descendatns of a man named Mike Pintar. He was born in the late 19t/early 20th century in Kosinj (more accurately, Crno Jezero), in the region Lika in today's Croatia (then it was Austro-Hungaria). His real name was Mate (not sure about this information) and he was my grandfather's uncle. He had a sister named Jelena/Jela.
He moved to the US sometime after 1920, probably to Montana. That is what my grandfather said, but it is possible it was some other state starting with m - Minnesota, Michigan... Mike was married (don't know if he got married before or after the move) and had children. He was close to my grandfather but they lost contact becuase of the iron curtain. If anyone has any information about his family, I would appreciate it.
Thanks
