I am looking for any information on the Krch side of my family. They are from Czechloslavakia. Joseph Krch was b. 1892 and d 1975. He had two daughters one named Josephine the other named Jean. I surely would appreciate any help.

Hello, A few generations back on my maternal grandmother's side, the name "Krchnavy" existed, and they were Czech. As far as I know, -navy on the end of something means femenine in Czech. I don't have any more information right now, but I will talk to my grandfather as soon as I get home from college and ask about the Krchnavys. Amy Spitko

My great grandfather was Francis Anton Krch. Born June3, 1841 at Pacov in Eastern Czech, Bohemia. I have been searching for information on the Krch side of the family and wonder if your Joseph could be related.

He was my great grandfather :). I remember him fondly. My grandmother was Josephine, and my mother Janet. I have photos I am looking at now and was researching his bottling company in NY.
