Hi.
Im interested in finding any Kraatz family relations in the San Antonio, Texas area that are related to the 12 Kraatz children of Harry and Elsie. My Father is one of the 2 children born to Harvey and Muriel Kraatz. I'm from Detroit, Michigan and have moved to San Antonio a few months ago and would love to meet some family. I know the Kraatz family wasn't close in Michigan, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
Thanks
Lisa

There are Kraatz listings in the phone book here in Austin, TX. My stepfather was Alvin Kraatz, son of Almeron Kraatz and Minnie Parmon, both born in Michigan. I'm trying to confirm that Almeron's parents were Henry Kraatz and I believe, Augusta Whitenberg (Wittenberg). My stepfather always said his parents were from Germany, but checking records, I think it must've been grandparents or great-grandparents.

Hello, Lisa! The name's Bill Gardner. We have an ancestor in common. My Grandfather, Raymond, (my mom is Susan) is Harvey's brother. I now have Delores's records (Which isn't as much as I had been hoping, but oh well.) If I can help you with anything, let me know. My profile is public, so you should be able to see everyone.

I am your cousin, Sam's, wife. Eleanor Kraatz was his mother. I have very little info on the Kraatz. I do have Arnold and Louise's death cert if you would like a copy. Other than that, I don't have much info. Perhaps you can give me some help? You can send email to MyzMaxie at aol dot com.

Thanks, Mickie.

Greetings, I am William Gardner. I have information from the Detroit clan of Kraatz' that goes back to 1616. Raymond Chester and his wife Bernice are my maternal grandparents. Raymond’s grandparents are the afore mentioned Henry and Agusta Kraatz. His Father was Arnold’s brother Harry, hence Arnold was his uncle. If either of the two of you need any info, my profile is online and is public. I can be reached through Ancestry.

I may be a little late getting into this string but Robert Kraatz (grandson of Harry & Augusta) is my grandfather. I also have the picture that is spoken about. If still needed, send me an email. I have some information regarding Henry and Augusta (Wittenberg) but not much. They are both buried in Novi. Does anyone have any information about their parents? Thank you.
