Surnames: Kovacik, Ludvik
Frank R Kovacik and Lillian Ludvik live in Oviedo, FL. Lillian Ludvik was born April 28, 1902 and she is now incredibly enough 105 years old and living with Frank Kovacik. Frank R Kovacik is the son of Frank C Kovacik and his deceased wife (perhaps Vivian? Cermak?). Lillian Ludvik was related to Charlie Cermak mayor of maybe Berwin? There is a group of Kovacik's living in Maitland, FL and also Oviedo FL nearby. For more info, email kkovacik12@netzero.com Believe my ex huband, Frank R Kovacik, grandparents names on mother's side were Mary Kovacik and Joseph Kovacik and believe Mary Kovacik had a sister Josie and they lived in Berwin/Chicago.
