My father was John William Kostishack of Pittsburgh, PA., b.5/13/1917 d.2/1/1989. His first marriage was to Thelma Bowmen (1 daughter, Johnine); His second marriage was to Patricia LaVorgna (7 children). His father was Michael Kostishack (no other info available), and his mother was Katherine Caritzka, b.9/26/1896 d.6/1965 (both parents are buried in PA).
