Thank you for your efforts to check out a possible Komm connection; however, it appears that we are researching different families and I will explain why.

The Frederick Komm in my line married my grand-aunt Emilie (Amelia) Grenke - they were both from Lipno/Suszewo area. They each came to the USA in the early 1900s and married and died in Michigan. In 2010 I got birth records for them from Berlin Archives. Also Frederick Komm's parents names were Henry Komm and Louise Gavorskey, which I got from his petition for citizenship.
