Dear Thomas, I just happened to stumble upon your post about Ida Koerber and wondering who was her father. She was the daughter of Barnabas and Eva Elizabeth Menges Koerber. She was born June 18,1877 in West Virginia, later moved to Martins Ferry, Ohio and after marrying Louis Franke on April 5, 1896 in Wellsburg, WV moved to Bellaire, Ohio, where she died May 24, 1947. I realize you have probably learned all of this since your post is several years old now, but I figured I would post what I know just in case.

My Koerber connection branches off from Barnabas' brother Gottleib, who was my great-grandfather. If you are willing, I would love to exchange info, pics, etc with you.
