Pansy Irene Koebel, age 97, of Wellston, Ohio passed away Friday, June 5, 2009, at the Huston Nursing Home in Hamden, Ohio. (Vinton County)
She was born July 31, 1911 in Lockbourne, Ohio, (Franklin County) the daughter of the late Oscar Benton Eddleblute and Clementine Not Eddleblute.

Pansy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles W. and Lois Perkins of Wellston, OH; grandchildren, Sharon Ziegler, Patrick Perkins, Brian Perkins, Michael Perkins and Kelly Perkins, as well as 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chalmers Koebel; sister, Laura, and brothers, Jess, Charles, Roy, Bill and Lester.

\At Pansy's request, her body was cremated.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 13 at 3 p.m. at the Ridgewood Cemetery
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be given to the Wellston Senior Citizens Center, 407 South New York Avenue, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
Funeral services are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home.

Charles W. "Chuck" Perkins, age 77, of Wellston, passed away Friday, July 1, 2011, at his residence.
He was born May 22, 1934 in Malta, Ohio, (Morgan County) the son of the late Lewis Perkins and Pansy Eddleblute Koebel.

Chuck was retired from the United States Air Force with 23 years of service, having served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
He was a former employee of Pillsbury, from where he retired in 1996

Chuck attended the Hamden United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 48-1/2 years, Lois Dickerson Perkins; children, Sharon Ziegler (Okey Justice) of Wellston, Patrick Perkins (Becky) of Wellston, Brian Perkins (Dian) of Wellston, Michael Perkins (Melissa) of Wellston and Kelly Perkins (Jodi) of Columbus, as well as 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Rogers officiating and military honors by the American Legion Post 371 of Wellston. Following cremation, burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
