I know this is old but if you are still looking, I have a great great grandmother who was named Mary Kocak before she married a man by the name of John Juyko. She had a sister named Helen who was married to a man name Michael M Pavolka Sr. Maybe they are the same people. Let me know if you can.

Adriana,
After more than 13 years I have no idea if you will ever get this message. I have recently started doing family history. My grandfather was Vasil Charles Kocaka. I have conflicting information as to exactly where he was born. He was born in 1892, to Steve and Mary (Chop) Kocaka. Birthplace - one source states the village of Mukachevo. Another source states the village of Chop. Both in what is now Ukraine. He came to America in 1912. He had several brothers: Stefan, Michael and John. At least one of the brothers came to the US. The others possibly ended up in South America.
Not sure if we are in any way related, but wanted you to know more information.

Well, as you can see I am not one to check my message board.
Sorry, but the people that you listed are not relations in my family tree. My grandmother came from a Hemich family. My greatgrandmother before marrying Steven Kocaka was a Chop.
Thank you for the information. Sorry for the long delay in replying.

All of the information that you have given me is very much appreciated. I believe that most of what you have given me is information regarding my grandfather's family (Vasil Charles Kocaka). I need to further examine the information that my family has given me with what you have written.
Thank you so much for taking the time to assist in my search.
