I believe your Anna Knapp Bouchier (Born in Michigan c. 1859) to be the daughter of Charles and Laura Knapp's second son, George. George Knapp married Lany Ann Countryman in McHenry Co., Ill. on 19 Sep. 1858 and moved to Michigan.
I think they had three children:
Anna
George (c.1861, MI)
Laura (c. 1863, MI)

George died of a "lung complaint" , 18 Sep 1868 in Allegan, Michigan. I don't know what happened to Lany Ann, I haven't found any trace of her. The children were taken in by their grandparents and uncles.
