Helen, Edward was my grandfathers name and he was born in Chicago in 1912. My G-Grandfather William Had a brother named George but little is known about him the information that I got from my grandmother about George is that he died young but she wasn't sure about it she didn't think he had any children but she wasn't sure of that either it sounds like we need to look at this futher there may be a connetion considering all the names that keep reacuring. Was there a Dora in there any where I have a Dora Knacksted but do not know where she fits in?
thanks Teri

Joel,I have not yet connected the Kansas Knackstedts to my family line yet although it is rumored that there is a connection. I have a database of unknown Knackstedts and I do have several Adolphinas listed. I also have an unknown Knackstedt married to a Rump. Please email me privately and we can sort through what I have. Bernadette

Joel, The Corondelet Histoical Society
in St. Louis has the complete Knackstedt history that I believe was
put together by Lena K. They were
unwilling to part with any of the
genealogical info. THEY determined
that my K branch was not from this
line. Guess I will never know for
sure. Helen
