Hello! My name is Inga Knaak from Germany, and I am looking for any ancestors or descentants from Albert Julius Knaak (Knack) * 1835 in Camelow, Preussia and his father Daniel Jacob Knack *1796 in Garzigar, Preussia. It is true that Knack has changed to Knaak, but I don’t know why. Maybe it is just an mistake someone has made at that time.
Daniel Jabok Knack was married in 1832 to Anna Catharina Willer *1802 and Albert Julius Knaak was married in 18?? to Johanna Wilhelmina Henriette Kroffke *1849. Albert Julius Knaak had at least one son named Paul Hugo Knaak *1884 in Goldap.
If there is anything you know or you want to know – let me know! My email is: i.knaak@gmx.de. Thanks a lot!

The only things I have on Carolina in that she was born August 23, 1819 in Pommern, Preussen and died March 27, 1895 in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Also know her husband and children names.

My great-grandmother, Karoline Knaak was born in Germany and married George Schmidt (changed spelling to Smith) from Pittsburgh, PA.

Is this this the same (K)Caroline?

My mother Margaret Louisa Conyers was born23.5.1910 Seaham Harbour Co. Durham.
her birth certificate shows that her mother Amelia Johnson's maiden name was Knaak.
I would be grateful for any infomation on this Knaak, who presumably would have been living in seaham
circa1850-1890
