I am looking for info on Leah Klucheski who was married to Morris. They may have also have used the surname of Morris. They left Poland in the 1800's and settled in Whitechapel in London. Leah died around 1912 possibly in Tooting S.W.17. I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in tracing the Klucheski family.

Dear Pam, I am sure I can't help you in your search but in my search for my husband's family I found your lst name using the SOUNDEX...Our last name is KLECZEWSKI but pronounce it Klucheski. His family can be traced back to the first family here from Poland but are currently looking for the ship they came over on from Poland. I know this is not the message you were looking for but good luck ....

Am researching the family name of Kleczewski for my partner. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Stanley and Hedwig (Hettie) Kleczewski were married and lived in Allen Park, MI. If you have these names I would greatly appreciate talking with you. Thank you

you wanted to know about my family surname: Klesczewski
please send me an email with your request and your relationship in our family. We do not have a Dawn in our family, and I know my family history to the time that the Klescewskis and the Piekarskis came from Poland. My Grandmother was a Klesczewski, and my Grandfather was one of a twin ...but the only Klesczewski's to arrive on America's shores.
I have visited their families and hometowns in Poland.
If you will devulge for whom you are seeking information for, and who you are, I will see what I can do to further your "partner".
Thank you,
Direct descendant: Lorraine Mayzlin

After reading the posts made previously by persons regarding this surname, I have all original documents stating the who when and where the Klesczewski's arrived from Poland to the United States.
One twin settled in New Jersey and the other (grandfather) settled in Wisconsin, later moving to Michigan
Once again, you are researchin the Klesczewski family, and I am direct lineage. I speak Polish, and am in contact with both sides of my Maternal Grandparents' families in Poland.
You are seeking Hettie Klesczewski, and she's my aunt. Please contact me concerning further information.

Hi - My email is AcesLadyJ4@aol.com (not good enough to figure out how to direct email you) My Partner is Cindy ( RdRunR8943@aol.com) and she is Hettie's Granddaughter. We have only just started working on her family tree so, you see, dates aren't exact. However, Hettie's daughter, MaryAnn, married Richard and Cindy is their middle child. Auntie Helen is supposed to talk to us in a couple of weeks when she is free, but, I thought I would hit the internet and see what info I could find out. We hope to hear from you soon. Dawn and Cindy

Dawn and Cindy:
Cindy is my second cousin, because Maryann and Richard (Richie) are my first cousins. Ciocia Hettie and Uncle Stanley did in fact live in Allen Park.
I am the daughter of Lorraine Klesczewski, the youngest of the siblings for Anthony and Stella Klesczewski. There is only one surviving Klesczewski in our family tree, and his name is William.
I will be sending you an email, and including my phone number, because I have MUCH information to build up Cindy's family tree,
unfortunately, all information regarding Bapcha and Jaja (Anthony and Stella)stops at 1913 with the ORIGINAL MARRIAGE LICENSE that I possess for my grandparents.
My cousin Helen would be a great person to contact in this regard, You might also consider talking to Cindy's Uncle Butchie (he and my brother grew up together).
Please do not hesitate to contact me asap.
Sincerely,
Lorraine C. (Lorenz) Mayzlin direct decendent of KLESCZEWSKI

Re: you wanted to know about my family surname: Klesczewski
Are we related in some way? My cousin is laid up right now, and so has has had the time to work on this a bit. I know a great deal about my mother's side as they came over with the Mayflower-types. Daddy's folks, on the other hand, came over to avoid the Russian conscript, and we know very little. His name was Henry Kleszczewski, but he dropped the first z at Ellis--don't know why--still isn't easy to spell. He settled in northern Wisconsin after Milwaukee, and we are still here. His wife was Stephania Werbachowska, and they were close friends (same village, and they came over too and are still here) with Javenkowski's). Any clues?

If your family came from the town of Lasarzik, East Prussia, now known as Poland and your last name is Klesczewski, leave me a message. Info I have. I'm looking for a baptismal certificate for my grandfather, Hendrik Josef Klesczewski. Thank you.
