Robert Kitchell born 1601 - Guilford and Newark

Does anybody know where I can find the text of Robert Kitchell's will? I've been hunting around but can't find it.

I'm particularly interested because of a statement I've seen that it identifies Phebe, daughter of Thomas Canfield, as Robert's daughter. If so, Robert is a direct ancestor.

Have you checked the book Kitchell Family HIstory by Delores Kitchell Clem. I believe she may have it in there. I am also a desendent of Robert Kitchell. Let me know if I can be more help.

I am not sure if it is available on line or not. I looked at it when I was in Salt Lake at the Library there.

Ted,
I have a copy of the Kitchell Family History. There isn't a copy of Robert's will in it. The first Phebe Kitchell b. 3 Oct 1774, Hanover, NJ d. 14 Dec 1862, Cincinnati, Ohio, was the g-g-granddaughter of Robert Kitchell.

Thanks for letting me know, and I appreciate your help in responding to my post.

It's a fire drill, though. I've just found a second reference to the text I was trying to find, and this makes it clear that a post that I thought was referring to Robert Kitchell's will was, in fact, quoting from Thomas Canfield's will. So, it proves nothing that I was trying to determine, and I'm no longer chasing the Kitchell will.
