I suspect Rebecca WATERHOUSE (b 9 May 1820, chr 30 Jul 1820 parents Jashua & sarah according to Chinley Independent records) married Peter KIRK (b abt 1803 from census returns). Was this the Peter christened at Thomas Becket 27 September 1805, son of Henry & Jane KIRK of Townend? Did he marry Hannah OLIVER at Thomas Becket 7 June 1830?

The reason I think he married Rebecca WATERHOUSE is the marriage I see on IGI for Peter KIRK and Rebecca WATERS at Manchester Cathedral 5 January 1846 along with the census evidence that his wife Rebecca was born at Chinley in about 1820.
