I am looking for information on Edmond Sheppard Kirby b June 19, 1819 in Jackson Co, TN; d April 17, 1862 on Corinth, MS Battlefield. It is believed that his parents were Plesant Kirby & Elizabeth Holliman & his grandparents were Henry Kirby & Susanna Wright.

He married Nancy L. Brown February 15, 1842. They had 11 children. Their son, Jesse Moreland, m Nancy Luvisa Davidson. Their son, William Edmond, m Lucetta Jane McCann Spurlock. William and Lucetta came to TX when their son, Arthur was no more than 2 years old. William moved from Jackson Co, TN because of all of the cousin marriages.
