Sudden Death. A friend at Taylorsville, informs us of the death of Rufus Kingsley, formerly of the firm Miller & Kingsley. He was attending the Christmas ball at Susanville, and had left the ball room and stepped out upon the balcony, when he fell upon the floor and instantly expired. Heart disease is supposed to have caused his death. The deceased was a native of Maine and was about forty years of age. Mr. K. formerly resided at Marion Flat in this county.
