I am a King from Iowa. My fathers grandfather was Henry Austin King. He had a brother named Samuel. Samuel was the son of Austin King and Lydia. Samuel was born in 1847 in Ill. Henry is really a half brother because they have different mothers. Do not have a record of what happen to Lydia. My records show Austin and second wife Maria moved to Benton Co., Iowa and lived there until 1876 when they moved to Pottawattomie Co. Supposely Samuel started a mill somewhere in Iowa but not too much more was known. Maybe this is some relation. You may e-mail me hulbert@tcworks.net.
