Looking for info on Eugenia A. Kinard, born 1855 in LA & died in AR, from 1871 to 1874. She was married to Charles Samuel Roper, in 1871. It's possible that she died in childbirth with a daughter, who also died apparently. Thanks.

She is also in my ancestry. There is some information on findagrave. Just looking into it myself.

Hello...I'm not sure if I told you that I had found the letter written by my Grandma's cousin who really did make the comment about Charles & Eugenia marriage, & her dying along with the baby. So I wasn't imaging it, thank goodness!

I can't find anything on them except the marriage license. It's sad that Eugenia & the baby die, & then VANISH so completely. My Grandma had some boxes of 'OUR ANCESTORS' photos [that's what she called them] that were supposed to be given to me when Grandma moved out of her house, & in with my folks, but a cousin took them & refuses to let me have them, even though I have numerous letters & notes saying that I was to get them. I wouldn't doubt that there might be a photo of Charles & Eugenia in one of those boxes. If I ever get the photos they will be the first ones I look for!

You should ask that the pictures be photographed or scanned and the file sent to you. Or borrow, scan then send back.
