FRANCES ELIZABETH KIMSEY THATCHER Obituary
Frances Elizabeth (Kimsey) Thatcher, she was known as Betty by family and friends. Betty passed away on Tuesday June 7, 2011 in peace surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, her youngest son and three grandchildren. Betty is survived by her husband, Bill; son, David Thatcher and his wife Eileen; three grandsons, Will Clay, John Clay, Robert Thatcher and four great-grandchildren; one niece, Margaret Burnell; two nephews and their spouses, Richard and Donna Kimsey, Timothy and Glenda Kimsey; plus many great nieces and nephews; and many friends and neighbors. Betty will be remembered and missed by all. Betty enjoyed people, traveling, knitting, needle point and many other hobbies. No services are planned per her wishes. Family has requested no flowers. Donations may be made to Anacortes Fire Department, Hospice of the northwest or Alzheimer's Association, Seattle WA. Arrangements are in the care of Neptune Society.
