I want you guys to know that James Kimsey who was born 1755 to Benjamin I Kimsey/Kimzey died in 1799 in Jackson Co, Ga. We have court records that show that his brother David Kimsey/Kimzey went into court to handle his estate. David was living close to James and to the Crowley/Croley's in Ga at the time. After this death, the James Kimsey family moved to Tn and David followed about 1808.
