I tend to agree re probably Ben Kimsey I. Do you have a source for the alleged birth of Margaret (i.e. 1725-1740). The only thing I have ever found on her that was remotely primary source was the reference in the Thomas Kimsey bible transcript (alleging Thomas to be the fourth son of Ben and Margaret but have still not found the bible itself and fear that the reference was done by whoever owned it in 1928 because no one would actually write that a bible (I think); more likely the person who acquired it in 1928 wrote his parents on the transcript...so it isn't primary evidence.
