I am researching the family of Michael Killian who emigrated from Ireland in 1837 and lived on west 28th Street (mid town Manhattan, NYC) till his death in 1884. His wife's name was Jane and he had a son, John (1847-1886). John married Rose Carr or Carl (1849-1886) and they had 8 children.
