Hello,
I was told by my father (Lane Ketchersid) told me that the name Ketchersid was changed and had been longer. That it was of Scottish origins. Do any of you guys have a clue about it, my father is getting more info about it but in the mean time I thought you guys might have some information I don’t know.

Sorry it has been so long that anyone has been on this board there are so few new ketchersid(e)'s to be found anymore I know they are out there. You are one, Welcome to the big family. Who was your g-great-grandfather. My was Lafayette Ketchersid. We have a family newsletter that comes out twice a year and we get alot of new that way. Surnames: Ketschersid
My Grand Mother's names was Gladys Ketchersid and her father was Joseph Ketchersid and his wife was Katie Ketchersid.
