Do either of you two know of a William and Henry Wanser that was listed in the 1820 census for N. Y.? I think NOTE: just think that one of them might be my G. G. G. grandfather.ADll of my brothers things burned in a fire including most of his records. However, I remember his telling me that he read that there were three brothers. One went north, one went west and one became a buckineer. Now, there is lady that is also searching for this line. We can only find in N. Y. state in the 1820 census data for a William and Henry Wanzo. In the 1830 census the Index show a Henry and a William Wanser. I have not seen personally a 1830 census record for these men. Her line (I think start with Alben Wanzo that lived in upper N. Y., our line John M. migrated to La Grange Co., Ind.
Now, please see if what I'm writing is correct and correct me if possible. According to Nina Grey, ` data in the Denver Lib. I think this William and Henry might be two of the sons of Henry and Jerusha (Kellam) who had three sons. William, Henry and Garrit. The writing on the data in the library was very faded so the spelling of the name Garitt could be wrong. Does anyone know anything about these three men; William, Henry and Garrit. If so, would you please share with me. Beth
