Jesse Kerr was born abt 1899 in Indiana. Only info I have is his father was supposed to have been James Kerr of Indiana and his mother, Mary Harrison, of KY. He had a sister named Lisa Gertrude or just Gertrude who married a Thomas Holt in Indiana. The only record we have found of Jesse is the 1940 census when he was married to Eva Bowman and had 3 children, Beatrice, was my aunt and, thus, why I am researching this line. I do know that Eva was born in KY and have traced her family back but have not found where Jesse Kerr crosses it in KY nor where Eva crosses his in IN nor a record of their marriage. I found an old note in my research notes that indicates that when Jesse died, Eva married his cousin, Orville Kerr. Again, no record of this marriage. The note also indicates they had 2 kids, James R. b. 1946 and Ruth Ann b. 1947. Again, no record of this marriage, the birth of these kids, their deaths, etc. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks Much! Gina
