Hello,

This is probably just an FYI for you. My ancestor was Patrick KERR, b1780 is Ireland. He married Elizabeth or Hannah KERR? and had their first child there. In 1823 they became part of a KERR / HENDERSON family-group which migrated to Canada. The 9 people were offered land in Argenteuil Co., Prov. of Quebec. There they became 5 couples, and all had many children there. Patrick KERR's son, Robert KERR, and his cousin?, Elizabeth HENDERSON, were born there in 1827. They married and had 5 children. Most of the family migrated to MA from 1875 to 1885.

The other people in the group were: William and Mary (KERR) HENDERSON, Samuel and Catherine (?) HENDERSON, Miss Elizabeth KERR (marr. CAN), and John and Ann (HENDERSON) KERR. We believe that Samuel HENDERSON moved over to Ontario during 1830's.
