My name is Char Summers from Wiscosin and I am a family research specialist. I assure that Annette is not pulling your leg and is indeed adopted. She came to me for help about 10 years ago, but life happened and I didnt get far. I am now back on the case as I ran into her a week ago. Her adopted parents are deceased and she is in her 60's. What could she really be up to at this point in time but honestly looking for answers that she never had her entire life.

She came across the finalization papers of her adoption when going through her parents things I believe is how the story went, but dont quote me. Her name on the court transcript declaring her adopted parents her legal parents listed her birth name as KERNATS.
I understand your concerns and worries coming from a woman that you don't know, and she did indeed inquire with the state for her non id but they require a payment and at that time she didnt realize how much important info is actually in non id. I am working with her again to get this done to get closer to her answer.

I would like to know who this "Indian Rose" and "Paul Kernats" are. She gained information from either you or your sister about these people, or maybe some other Kernats, but she believes they may be her birth parents. Do you have any info on this?
