I have had fair success tracing my own line, but have run into blank walls tracing my wife, Caroline Kerbs. If it would be possible to compare any information with you, I would be extremely grateful. We know that Caroline's family immigrated from either eastern Germany or Western Russia, probably in the mid 1800's. The latest name we have, though, is her grand-father, George Washington Kerbs, who was in Kansas in the early 20th century (died Hope KS, 1961?), but may have been born in Russia in 1861. So, we are seeking any connection with him to any other line of Kerbs.
