Looking for a Nancy Jane KENDRICK that has been said she was born somewhere in the South on January 22, 1847. I won't bet that this birth date is exactly right but it is close according to all of the census she has been on. She married at 17 years old, March 10, 1864 to Ephraim Emery GILMORE in Knox County, Indiana and had 8 children. In one census, had a younger sister, Sarah KENDRICK living with them, she was born about 1856. Most of these census say she was born in Tennessee, some say Indiana but we know for sure she was not born in Indiana. I have found several Nancy's in Tennesse but none that moved to Indiana. One in Limestome County, Alabama almost fits but we don't think it is our Nancy. Appreciate any help we can get.
